This Privacy Policy describes how Tango Friends Club ("the Club", "we", "I") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit tango-friends-club.com, purchase classes, or join our community. The Club is operated by Xenia Kirilyuk as a sole proprietorship, New York, NY. Contact: kseniakirilyuk@gmail.com.

1. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to run the Club:

• Contact information you give us directly — your name and email address when you join the waitlist (Google Form), write to us, or book a class.
• Payment information — processed by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your full card number or bank details. Stripe collects and protects that data under its own privacy policy.
• Community participation — if you join our WhatsApp community, your participation there is subject to Meta/WhatsApp's terms. We see only what you share in the group.
• Usage data — anonymized analytics (pages visited, approximate location, device type) collected by Vercel Web Analytics. This data is not tied to your identity and uses no cookies for tracking.

2. How we use your information

• To manage your bookings, payments, and class attendance
• To send booking confirmations, receipts, and class information
• To notify you about new slots, groups, and Club events — only if you asked to hear about them
• To respond to your questions
• To understand how the website is used and improve it

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

3. Third-party services

We use a small number of service providers, each with their own privacy policy:

• Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
• Google Forms — waitlist signups (policies.google.com/privacy)
• Vercel — website hosting and privacy-friendly analytics (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy)
• WhatsApp (Meta) — optional members' community (whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy)
• Google Fonts — website typography; your browser loads fonts from Google's servers (policies.google.com/privacy)

4. Data retention

Contact details are kept for as long as you are part of the Club or the waitlist. Payment records are retained as required for accounting and tax purposes. You may ask us to delete your contact information at any time (see below); legal retention obligations for completed payments still apply.

5. Your rights

You may, at any time:

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or update it
• Ask us to delete it
• Unsubscribe from announcements — every message includes an opt-out, or simply email us

6. Security

Payments are handled by Stripe under PCI-DSS compliance. The website is served over HTTPS. Access to contact data is limited to the Club operator. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

7. Children

Our classes and services are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this page, with the date of the latest update at the top.
